About the Speakers

  • Dr. Kelly Graling, Ph.D.

    Clinical Director Cognitive & Behavioral Consultants, LLP

    Kelly Graling, Ph.D. is the Clinical Director at Cognitive & Behavioral Consultants of Westchester and Manhattan, a group of internationally recognized mental health professionals who have pioneered and are experienced in delivering cutting-edge treatments to the public, organizations, and professionals. As a Clinicial Psychologist, Dr. Graling trains and consults to numerous school districts, agencies, and corporations to implement CBT and DBT skills on a local, national, and international level. Dr. Graling supervises CBC staff, leads therapy groups, as well as conducts therapy for teens, young adults, and families.
  • John Wissman

    Senior Partner, Alera Group, Inc.

    John is a native Texan and a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business, where he majored in Finance and Marketing. His professional experience as an Equity Trader, Advisor, Board Member, and Entrepreneur has given him a unique perspective on how to help businesses think strategically and scale successfully. As a speaker, John has shared his advanced strategies in health and welfare topics across Texas, including the ASHHRA Symposium and multiple industry summits for financial institutions. An active member of his community, John has also served as a mentor for Minds Matter, helping underprivileged high school students gain college acceptance and attain scholarships. A free spirit at heart, he has spent time traveling throughout Europe, Southeast Asia, South America, and Australia, which has helped broaden his perspective on both business and life. Aside from travel, John enjoys playing tennis, hiking, spending quality time with friends, and being a die-hard 49ers and Texas Longhorns fan. Currently, John lives in Houston with his wife Brittany and two wildly smart and independent sons.
  • Kelley Barringer

    Benefits Consultant, Alera Group, Inc.

    Kelley is a Benefits Consultant for Alera Group: Texas and focuses on engaging and serving mid-market employers to achieve a purposeful and strategic benefits program for their companies. Since 2015, Kelley has cultivated her role by expanding her network and helping businesses understand and fulfill their employee benefits needs. Kelley is an Army Veteran; deployed to Kuwait as a medic in 2008 and 2009. Kelley is active in DallasHR as a prior Board Member for the Workforce Readiness and Community Relations Committees. She was in the 2017-18 class for Leadership Richardson Class XXXIII and is involved in her local community. Kelley graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington earning her B.S. in Exercise Physiology. She now resides in Richardson, TX with her husband and three children.
