Christal Brown Joins Alera Group, Inc.

Texas Welcomes Christal Brown, SHRM-SCP, SPHR as the new Director of Client Experience

Houston, TX., (Jan. 22, 2021) – Alera Group, Inc. (“Alera”) Alera Group, a leading insurance and financial services firm, has appointed Christal Brown as the organization’s Director of Client Experience effective immediately.

In this role, Brown will lead the strategic direction in all aspects of client expectations, relationships, and growth. Her expertise lies in creating and implementing solutions to complex business problems while uniting teams and creating an inclusive and fun culture.

With over 20 years of experience, Brown joins Alera Group from MedData, where she served as the Vice President of Human Resources. In her previous position, Christal established the HR policies, programs, and practices across multiple divisions and regions.

As an HR leader, Christal will ensure that she learns the passions of her team members finding creative ways to serve organizational needs by matching those strong interests to special projects.

Brown adds. Brown holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Dakota and the Senior Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certifications. She will be based out of Houston, Texas.
